Business Mission and Objectives
The mission of palisadoes-llc is to invest in high-quality real estate in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana regions. We will strategically invest in ORRI leases in oil and gas producing properties within the state of Ohio.
palisadoes-llc will execute this mission by focusing on these objectives:
1. "In it to win it." palisadoes-llc purchases, rehabs and owns properties. palisadoes-llc invests in communities for the long haul. We are NOT in the business of "flipping" real estate.
2. "We impact locally where we see globally." palisadoes-llc seeks to participate in areas of economic and social diversity. Our business partners (Realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, contractors) and our customers (tenants) must be diverse in thought and practice to maintian long-term relationships with us.
3. "Our house is your home." palisadoes-llc is committed to providing top-tier service to help tenants maintain our properties. We take care of all issues - big or small - before they become problems.
4. "Carbon diversityity." palisadeos-llc is selective in it's mix of ORRI to include properties that produce more income in the short horizon (oil) as well and properties that will produce energy in the middle horizon (natural gas) as the world shifts to a carbon-neutral energy economy. We have a key partnership with AM-Tek Oil Inc. to identify these properties, located in the Utica and Marcellus shale formations of eastern Ohio.
